Catering with a Difference
For celebrations large & small!

• Delight your friends & family with a unique organic all-natural menu & a selection of premium dark chocolate.
• From vegetarian to wheat-free preferences, we have innovative tasty alternatives.
• Let us do all the work at your home, office or garden.
• Café Chocolate of Lititz is also available for private parties on Sunday & Monday after 4pm.

Hors d’oeuvres & Dishes:

• Bite sized tortillas with hickory smoked chicken lightly dressed with wild lingonberry mayonnaise.
• Mini whole-wheat flatbread pizzas with sun dried tomato pesto, free-range chicken sausage, artichokes, shiitake mushrooms & provolone cheese. (Vegetarian version available)
• Grilled wild Alaskan salmon bites with organic tzaziki sauce on cucumber slices.
• Portobello mushroom balls with chocolate salsa.
• Moroccan style cous cous in mini phyllo cups / corn chip cups.
• Ratatouille Frittata.
• Baboutie (S. African meatloaf).
• West African peanut chowder.

Desserts:

• Festive & light strawberry coolers.
• Platter of dark chocolate (62% cocoa solids) dipped strawberries, madeleines, pizzeles & pretzels.
• Dark chocolate fondue with dip your own platters of fruits, cookies & dried fruits.
• Organic dark chocolate celebration cake baked with tart cherries.

Cost – from $10 - $50 / person. We are happy to plan with your budget.
Time – at least 1 day in advance for small office events and 1 week for all others.
